Mary Borchert

Mary Borchert is a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience in corporate services management. Currently serving as a Senior Corporate Services Manager at Harris since July 2001, Mary directs and oversees a team responsible for various corporate services, including SOS registrations, licensing, vendor compliance, and administrative support. Prior to this role, Mary held the position of Corporate Services Manager, where strategic development and process optimization were key responsibilities. Mary’s earlier experience includes serving as a Fixed Asset Administrator at Imation from August 1995 to June 2001, providing training and conducting audits across multiple states.
