Jodie Crotteau has an extensive work experience in the compliance field. Jodie is currently working as the Deputy Chief Compliance Officer at Harris Associates starting in October 2022. Prior to this, they held multiple roles at Harbor Capital Advisors, Inc. from 2014 to 2022, including Chief Compliance Officer for various subsidiaries and Assistant Secretary for Harbor Funds. Jodie Crotteau's education history includes earning a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance and Organizational Leadership from The University of Findlay, which they attended from 2005 to 2007. Prior to their MBA, they completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Management from The University of Findlay, from 2001 to 2003. Jodie also obtained an Associate's degree in Legal Assisting Technology from The University of Toledo, which they attended from 1995 to 1996.

In addition to their academic degrees, Jodie Crotteau has obtained several certifications. These include the FINRA Series 63 certification from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), obtained in January 2011; the FINRA Series 24 certification, also from FINRA, obtained in July 2010; and the FINRA Series 7 certification, obtained in March 2010. Jodie is also a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) from ACAMS, obtained in May 2008, and a Certified IRA Services Professional (CISP) from the Institute of Certified Bankers, obtained in August 2001.
