Cavil S Anderson, Ph.D., currently serves as the Director of the Faculty and Staff Development Institute at HACC, Central Pennsylvania's Community College since December 2014. Prior to this role, Cavil S Anderson owned the Center for Organization and Human Development from July 2009 to December 2014. HACC offers approximately 100 careers and transfer associate degree, certificate, and diploma programs to approximately 17,000 students. Also, the College serves students at its Gettysburg, Harrisburg, Lancaster, Lebanon, and York campuses; through virtual learning; and workforce development, and continuing education training.
