Iva Balic

Iva Balic serves as a Professor of English at HACC, Central Pennsylvania's Community College, since August 2008, instructing a diverse range of courses in English composition, technical writing, business writing, American literature, and literary theory in various formats including on-site and online. From August 2018 to May 2023, Iva held the position of Honors Program Coordinator and previously served as the Honors Program Co-Director from August 2014 to May 2018. Prior teaching experience includes serving as an Associate Professor of English at Palm Beach State College from August 2006 to June 2008. Educational qualifications include a PhD in American Literature, an MA in Literature, a BA in English Language and Literature, an AA in General Studies, and foundational education at Masaryk University Brno.
