R. Mark Moore, SPHR, is a seasoned professional in the fields of learning and development, currently serving as the Director of Customer Learning and Performance at Travelport since November 2015 and as a Corporate Faculty member at Harrisburg University of Science and Technology since September 2014. In addition to these roles, R. Mark Moore is the CEO and Chief Learning Architect at ChickenFox LLC, which focuses on learning and knowledge strategies for various organizations. The extensive experience includes positions at UnitedHealth Group as a Senior Learning Architect, IBM Learning Services as a Project Manager, and Verizon as an e-Learning Strategist and Manager of International Training and Development. R.
