David Allan (MBus)

David Allan (MBus) has over 17 years of work experience in leadership and management coaching, as well as predictive behavioral analytics. David is currently a Solutions Partner at Harrison Assessments International, where they help companies use predictive behavioral analytics to acquire, develop, engage, succession plan, and measure emotional intelligence in their employees. David is certified in all three Harrison Assessment certifications and is skilled in implementing talent management strategies for organizational success. Prior to their current role, David worked at Advance Lifestyle Development (ALD Coaching), where they assisted senior managers in growing professionally in their leadership and implementing talent management practices. David is experienced in creating customized leadership development programs and using organizational analytics to target specific cultural factors for development.

David Allan has a Master of Business (Research) degree from QUT (Queensland University of Technology), which they obtained from 2006 to 2011. David'sstudies focused on executive coaching, leadership empowerment, strategic management, and strategic HR. In 2006, David also completed a Cert IV in Training and Assessment from the Australian National Training Authority. David received additional certifications including being an Accredited Coach Mentor and Trainer from Coach Net International in 2006 and completing Applied Suicide Intervention Skills training from United Synergies Ltd in 2008. In 2004, David obtained a Certificate in Insight Inventory Assessments and Training from Team Publications. David has also obtained several certifications throughout their career, including Recruitment and Employee Development Accreditation from Harrison Assessments International in 2021 and 2020 respectively, and Debriefing & Coaching Accreditation from Harrison Assessments International in 2020. David also completed "Difficult Conversations: Talking about Race at Work" on LinkedIn in 2020.
