Dr. Shubhakar Gajula

Dr. Shubhakar Gajula has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Dr. Shubhakar began their career at Aurora's School of Education in 2004, where they served as a Lecturer in Educational Psychology until 2005. Dr. Shubhakar then joined Osmania University as a Research Investigator in 2006. In 2007, Dr. Gajula worked as a Psychologist at Scorelogix IQMatics Pvt Ltd for a year. Dr. Shubhakar then transitioned to SKS Microfinance Limited in 2008, where they served as an Assistant Manager in Talent Management until 2010. From 2011 to 2013, Dr. Gajula worked at Wipro Technologies as an Associate Consultant in CHRD. Currently, Dr. Gajula holds the positions of General Manager since January 2017 and Assessment Researcher since March 2013 at Harrison Assessments Int'l.

Dr. Shubhakar Gajula has an extensive education history in the field of Psychology. Dr. Shubhakar obtained a PhD in Psychology from Osmania University, where they studied from 2008 to 2013. Prior to their PhD, they completed an M.Phil degree in Psychology from the same university, studying from 2006 to 2007. Dr. Gajula also holds an M.A degree in Psychology from Osmania University, which they obtained from 2002 to 2004. In addition to their psychology education, they pursued an M.Ed degree in Education at Osmania University from 2001 to 2002.

Furthermore, Dr. Gajula has obtained several certifications to enhance their professional skills. Dr. Shubhakar received a Harrison Assessments Recruitment Certification and a Recruitment Accreditation from Harrison Assessments Int'l in May 2021. Additionally, they obtained a Debriefing & Coaching Accreditation from the same institution in September 2020. Dr. Gajula is also a Certified Harrison Debriefer and a Certified Professional Behavioral Analyst (DISC) from Target Training International, Ltd. Moreover, they have received training in Facilitation Techniques for Requirements Development from ESI International España and The Art of Dale Carnegie Training from Dale Carnegie.
