Ed Davies

Ed Davies has a diverse work experience over several decades. Ed started their career in 1978 as the VP of Human Resources at Hardy & Associates. Later, they joined DBM in 1991 and held the role of VP until 2010. In 2004, they served as the Past President of HRMAE. In 2008, they became a Solution Partner at Harrison Assessments Int'l. In 2010, they co-founded Davies Turpin & Associates, where they worked as a Partner until 2021. Additionally, they owned Talent Insight Inc. from 2015 to 2017. Finally, in 2016, they became a Partner at Talent Insight Inc. These roles demonstrate their expertise in executive search, career transition, executive coaching, and human resources.

Ed Davies pursued their education at the University of Alberta from 1963 to 1969, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree with a major in Economics. Subsequently, they continued their studies at the University of Alberta Edmonton for their Master of Arts degree in Economics. In terms of additional certifications, Ed obtained Recruitment Accreditation from Harrison Assessments Int'l in July 2021. Ed has completed two separate certifications from this institution.
