Olivier Dufour

Olivier Dufour has a diverse work experience spanning over several roles and companies. Olivier co-founded Verkor in 2020, where they are responsible for people and stakeholder engagement. Prior to that, in 2017, they founded and served as the CEO of O2D-DEVELOPMENT, a service provider for stakeholder engagement strategies. In 2019, they worked as a Consultant Partner at Harrison Assessments Int'l, focusing on employee assessment tools. From 2008 to 2017, they worked at Rio Tinto as the Director of External Affairs in France and the EU. Olivier also held various roles at Alcan Primary Metal Group, Alcan International Network Southern Africa, Alcan International Network, and Fenwick-Linde. Olivier has experience in industrial development, regional economic initiatives, managing directorship, strategy program management, export sales management, and product management.

Olivier Dufour has a diverse education history spanning several years. In 1990, they attended Middlesex University where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in European Business Administration, which they completed in 1994. During the same period, they also attended NEOMA Business School and obtained a Diplôme d'études supérieures européennes de management with concentrations in Industrial Marketing, International Finance, and Social Management.

In 2014, Olivier attended the Stakeholder Engagement Academy at Duke University, focusing on the field of Stakeholder Engagement. Later, in 2017, they participated in a 2-day program offered by the Search Inside Yourself Leadership Institute (SIYLI), delving into the study of Mindfulness and Leadership.

Continuing their education, Olivier completed the Executive Coaching program at HEC Paris from 2018 to 2019, further enhancing their coaching abilities.
