Rowen Gransden

Rowen Gransden has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. In 1984, they started their career with ANZ, where they held HR-associated roles for six years. Rowen then joined ANZ Banking Group Ltd in 1990 as the HR Manager for the Adelaide Metropolitan Zone. During their tenure, they managed HR aspects during a transformation period for the organization, including cultural change and implementing a new sales culture. From 1993 to 1996, they worked as the HR Manager for SA & NT Personnel and Training Support Units.

In 1996, Gransden joined Cummins Power Generation as the Operations Manager/HR Manager. Rowen played a crucial role in the plant's recruitment of staff across various trade areas. After five years at Cummins, they established their own consulting firm, Rowen Gransden Consulting, where they worked as the Principal Consultant from 2001 to 2003.

In 2003, Gransden founded the Smart Advantage Consulting Group and Recruit Smart. These companies provided a range of services, including management consulting, strategic HR advisory services, recruitment, and team development. Their contributions to employer and consulting client companies were recognized with various awards.

In 2011, Gransden joined Harrison Assessments Int'l as the Managing Partner for Australia. This role involved helping organizations worldwide with talent acquisition, development, promotion, and retention through the use of Harrison Assessments' job analysis and integrated assessment technologies.

Rowen Gransden completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from the University of South Australia. This educational journey lasted from 1996 to 2000. Additionally, Rowen also obtained a second MBA degree in Business Administration from The University of South Australia during the same time period.
