Tom Bush

Tom Bush has over 40 years of business ownership expertise, having been the CEO of four different ventures. Tom has worked as a Solutions Partner for Harrison Assessments Int'l since 2013, where they serve as a business consultant, coach, and mentor. Tom is also a certified debriefer for Harrison's paradoxical leadership program, providing clients with access to advanced predictive analytics for assessing and developing key employees. In addition, Tom has been a Distributor and Consultant for Harrison Assessments North America since 2013, educating and advising owners and decision makers on using Harrison Assessments to identify and retain top talent. Prior to joining Harrison Assessments, they were the Owner and President of Successful Business Strategies, LLC, where they provided business advising, consulting, and coaching services to small to mid-sized businesses. Tom also served as the Madison WI Area Director for Renaissance Executive Forums, facilitating monthly member meetings and providing assistance with member challenges and goals. Tom was the Owner and President of Accurate Response, a Direct Marketing company specializing in mailing, fulfillment, and printing services, from 1990 to 2007.

Tom Bush attended the University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire from 1970 to 1974, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations. During the same period, they also obtained a B.A. in Business Management from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. Tom's education history does not include any additional certifications.
