Firas Sozan

Firas Sozan is the CEO at Harrison Clarke. Firas has over ten years of experience in the recruitment industry. Firas started their career as a Recruitment Consultant with Progressive Recruitment in 2010 and was quickly promoted to Sales Team Manager. In this role, they oversaw the Permanent Infrastructure, Network & Support offering and ran a team of consultants focusing on recruitment within London and the South East regions.

In 2015, Firas left Progressive Recruitment to join Phaidon International as Head of Glocomms for the West Coast. In this role, they managed Glocomms in the West Coast of the United States, leading a team of consultants across the Software & DevOps space. Firas established the brand and worked closely with key stakeholders in Phaidon such as the CEO to align the brand with the Group's overall vision.
