Chad Cecil is a seasoned professional currently serving as the Managing Director for Harrison Gray Search in Grand Rapids since October 2022, where responsibilities include championing the location's financial and team objectives. With a career beginning in 2007, Chad transitioned from various roles within the church and community settings, including positions as a Young Adult Pastor and Music Director at the Anglican Diocese of Ottawa, culminating in a promotion to Senior Recruiter in the engineering field. Education was pursued at Spring Arbor University from 2009 to 2013, culminating in a degree in Worship Arts Leadership.
