Brad Gerber

Brad Gerber serves as a Partner at Harrison LLP since December 2007, specializing in drafting and negotiating commercial loan documents for multi-million dollar transactions as both borrower’s counsel and for lending institutions. Brad's expertise extends to negotiating loan workouts, restructuring, and commercial leases, as well as creating Private Placement Memorandums for real estate investments. Additionally, Brad has significant experience in representing developers on zoning and land use issues, drafting joint venture agreements, and advising clients on various real estate transactions. Prior to this role, Brad worked as an Associate at Laser Pokorny Schwartz Friedman & Economos from 1998 to 2007. Educationally, Brad holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from Chicago-Kent College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
