Diamond Watson has a diverse work experience starting as an Ouchita National Forest Intern with the USDA, then moving on to roles at the University of Maryland Eastern Shore as a Revenue Intern and Administrative Assistant. Their roles at Perdue Farms included Operations Management Trainee and eventually Complex Food Safety / Quality Assurance Manager. They also worked at Kabobs, Inc. as a Food Safety Supervisor / HACCP Coordinator before becoming the Corporate Director of Quality/ Food Safety at Harrison Poultry, Inc.
Diamond Watson completed a Bachelor of Science in Biology/Biological Sciences at the University of Maryland Eastern Shore from 2014 to 2018. Following this, they pursued a Master of Science in Bioinformatics at the University of Maryland Global Campus from 2018 to 2021. In 2023, they obtained a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Mercer University. In addition to their academic achievements, Diamond has obtained various certifications in food safety, auditing, and radiation safety.
