Amy Tonnessen

Amy Tonnessen is a seasoned professional in real estate asset and portfolio management, currently serving as Director of Asset Management - Europe at Harrison Street Real Estate Capital LLC since 2020. Previously, Amy held the role of Senior Asset Manager in Private Equity Real Estate at Franklin Templeton and spent 25 years at Heitman, culminating as Senior Vice President. Amy’s expertise encompasses specialty sectors such as self-storage and senior housing joint ventures, with earlier positions including Vice President roles at Realvest Partners and Peace Corps. Amy holds a Master of Business Administration from Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Marketing from The University of Texas at Austin.
