Elliot Pessis

Elliot Pessis is a seasoned professional with 19 years of experience in the industry, currently serving as Managing Director and Head of Senior Housing Asset Management North America at Harrison Street since September 2007. In this role, Elliot oversees the strategic management, development, and disposition of the firm's senior housing and self-storage investments. Prior to joining Harrison Street, Elliot held several positions at Aviv Asset Management L.L.C., including Senior Vice President, Vice President, Portfolio Manager, and Asset Manager, from December 2004 to August 2007. Elliot's earlier career included being a Senior Analyst at Northern Trust Corporation from July 2002 to December 2004. Elliot holds a Master of Business Administration from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management (2013-2015) and a degree in Finance and International Business from Indiana University Bloomington (1998-2002).
