Lytle Wurtzel Smith

Lytle Wurtzel Smith is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in asset management and investment analysis. Currently serving as Vice President of Asset Management at Harrison Street Real Estate Capital LLC since June 2020, Lytle previously held key positions at Ventas, Inc., where responsibilities included managing over 300 senior housing assets generating approximately $600 million in annual net operating income.
