Lytle Wurtzel Smith is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in asset management and investment analysis. Currently serving as Vice President of Asset Management at Harrison Street Real Estate Capital LLC since June 2020, Lytle previously held key positions at Ventas, Inc., where responsibilities included managing over 300 senior housing assets generating approximately $600 million in annual net operating income. Lytle's career also includes roles as Director and Asset Manager at Ventas, Associate at Arsenal Venture Partners, Financial Analyst at CNL Financial Group, and Investment Analyst at Banc of America Securities. Lytle holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce with a focus on Finance and Management from the University of Virginia and an MBA in Finance and Entrepreneurship from the Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College.
