Kristi Johnson

Kristi Johnson has been a director of quality and safety at Harrison, Walker, and Harper since July 2003. Prior to that, they were a quality systems manager at BWAY Corporation from February 1993 to July 2003, responsible for the implementation of quality procedures, quality training, and statistical process control. Kristi introduced a standardized process hazard analysis program to allow for consistency throughout the operation. Kristi also prepared and presented a quarterly review of quality performance. Kristi has a long history of overseeing the work of quality inspectors and managing company-wide ISO 9000 compliance and certification, including an internal audit program and management review process. Kristi is also experienced in compiling and analyzing plant departmental efficiencies and spoilage for improvement. In their current role, Kristi is responsible for the control of all returned goods, sample request processing and inspection, nonconforming material isolation and disposition. Kristi also tracks customer complaints, identifying root cause, corrective/preventive actions, and performing follow up effectiveness audits.
