Monica Matthias

Monica Matthias is an experienced professional in account management and project oversight, currently serving as the Director of Account Management at Harrison, Walker & Harper since November 2016. Responsibilities include ensuring client satisfaction and the successful delivery of projects across various sectors, including installation, construction, design, and logistics. Prior to this role, Monica worked at Bass Pro Shops from March 2000 to November 2016 as a Senior Department Manager in Retail Planning, where management included infill design, space allocation, and project management for over 100 retail and hospitality entities, as well as more than 70 boat sales and manufacturing facilities.
