Joe Lentivech

Joe Lentivech is a seasoned Patent Attorney with extensive experience in patent law, currently serving at Harrity & Harrity, LLP since November 2019. Prior to this role, Joe served as an Administrative Patent Judge at the USPTO from November 2014 to November 2019 and held a previous attorney position at Harrity & Harrity LLP from July 2010 to October 2014. Joe's career in patent law began at Brouse McDowell between 2007 and July 2010. Earlier, Joe served as an Artillery Officer in the United States Marine Corps from 1995 to 2004. Joe holds a JD from the University of Akron School of Law (2007) and a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University at Buffalo (1994).
