Matthew Allen

Matthew Allen is a seasoned patent counsel with extensive experience in patent prosecution and related legal tasks. Currently serving as Patent Counsel at Harrity & Harrity, LLP since June 2017, Matthew previously held similar roles at Hewlett-Packard and Fish & Richardson P.C. where patent prosecution was a primary focus. Prior to these positions, Matthew gained valuable experience as an attorney with IBM and as a law clerk at Harness Dickey and Pierce PLC, along with a law clerk role at the Law Offices of Norman S. Miller. Matthew began their professional journey as a computer programmer at Harris Corporation. Matthew holds a Juris Doctor degree from Michigan State University College of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Florida Institute of Technology.
