Amy Batchelor

Amy Batchelor (née Stirling-Brown), a Chartered MCIPD and Accredited Executive Coach with NLP, currently serves as the Head of Learning and Development at Harrods. Previously, Amy held multiple senior roles at Kier Group, including Head of Organisational Development, where key responsibilities included talent management and cultural change initiatives. Prior to this, Amy worked at Tesco in various roles focused on people management and recruitment processes. Amy earned an MSc in Occupational Psychology with Distinction from the University of Hertfordshire and has completed several certifications, including Chartered MCIPD and Hogan Personality Inventory.
