Fay Collins

Fay Collins is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in the hospitality and food industries, currently serving as the Marketing Manager for Restaurants and previously for Wines & Spirits, Food Concessions and Technology at Harrods since August 2019. Prior to this, Fay held various marketing roles at Hawksmoor Group from September 2012 to July 2018, culminating as the Brand Marketing Manager. An early career included positions as an Au Pair and French student, and as a PR Intern at Collen and Clare. Fay holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Oxford Brookes University and completed a Marketing Week Mini MBA with Mark Ritson in 2022.
