Uphaar Agrawalla

Uphaar Agrawalla currently serves as the Head of CX Solutions at Harrods since November 2023. Prior to this role, Uphaar worked at Mindtree from July 2019 to October 2023 as the Senior Director and Global Head for SAP Customer Experience, overseeing strategy, go-to-market initiatives, and customer success while managing a global team. Uphaar's extensive experience includes positions such as Director of Consulting at Bluefin, Principal Solution Architect for SAP Customer Experience Solutions at Capgemini, and CRM Team Lead at Accenture. Uphaar is well-versed in SAP CRM solutions, having delivered numerous customer projects and led pre-sales efforts throughout the career. Uphaar holds a Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology from West Bengal University of Technology and has completed multiple SAP training courses, including those in Cloud for Customer and ERP Service Processing.
