Colleen Crockett

Colleen Crockett has extensive experience in the pharmacy field, currently serving as a Sterile Compounding Pharmacist at Imprimis Pharmaceuticals, Inc. since September 2014. Previously, Colleen held the position of Director of Pharmacy at Kindred Healthcare from February 2007 to September 2014, where responsibilities included developing and maintaining pharmacy services compliant with regulations and hospital policies in a long-term acute-care setting. Earlier in the career, Colleen served as a Staff Pharmacist in both a long-term acute care setting and at ModernHealth Pharmacy, focusing on specialized care for patient populations with chronic conditions. Colleen earned a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from the University of Pittsburgh between 1990 and 1995.
