Landon Hedgepeth

Landon Hedgepeth is an accomplished business professional with extensive experience in the healthcare and pharmaceuticals sectors. Currently serving as the Business Engagement Manager for the West at Harrow since April 2025, Landon previously held positions including Retina Account Manager at Sandoz and Specialty Pharma Senior Consultant at Cardinal Health, where management of $150 million in specialty retina injectables was a key responsibility. Earlier roles include Surgical Sales Key Account Manager at EyePoint Pharmaceuticals, where an aggressive business plan was executed to introduce the FDA-approved Dexycu®, and significant success as a Territory Sales Representative at Carl Zeiss Vision, achieving multiple awards for exceeding quotas. Landon's career began in retail with National Vision, Inc., where training and development of associates were paramount, and foundational experiences in marketing and referrals coordination were developed at the Robotics Institute and Center for Urology.
