Joe Huebsch

Joe Huebsch is an experienced hospitality professional with a comprehensive background in restaurant and food and beverage management. Currently serving as General Manager at Harry Caray's Restaurant Group since December 2021, Joe's previous roles include Assistant General Manager and Bar Manager at Harry Caray's Italian Steakhouse, as well as General Manager at Elk's Club, where significant cost reductions and increased sales were achieved. Joe has held various leadership positions across establishments such as Wyndham Glenview Suites, JoeBox Grill, and Corner Bakery Cafe, demonstrating expertise in operational efficiency, cash management, employee supervision, and marketing. Joe holds a BA in Hotel/Restaurant Management from Kendall College and has a strong foundation in both practical and theoretical aspects of the hospitality industry from educational experiences at Illinois State University and Loyola Academy.
