Andrea Koh 許銘芳

Andrea Koh 許銘芳 is an experienced legal professional specializing in construction and engineering within the infrastructure practice group. Holding the position of Of Counsel at Harry Elias Partnership LLP since December 2013, Andrea has also served as a Senior Associate, focusing on litigation and dispute management. Prior experience includes internships at Colin Ng & Partners LLP in 2009 and 2010, where contributions were made to the Dispute Resolution and Real Estate and Conveyancing Practice Groups. Andrea obtained a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Singapore Management University, following education at Hwa Chong Institution and CHIJ St. Nicholas Girls' School.
