Sarah Paul

Sarah Paul is an accomplished legal professional with a robust background in litigation and corporate investigations. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President, Associate General Counsel, and Head of Litigation and Arbitration at LPL Financial since September 2025, Sarah previously held the position of Partner and Co-Global Head of Corporate Crime and Investigations at Eversheds Sutherland from May 2019 to September 2025. Experience includes serving as an Assistant United States Attorney at the United States Attorney's Office for the Southern District of New York from January 2010 to April 2019, and as an Associate at both Spears & Imes LLP and Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP. Sarah holds a J.D. from New York University School of Law and a B.A. in Government from Cornell University.
