Felicia Batiste

Felicia Batiste, PHR has over 7 years of work experience in human resources. Felicia is currently serving as the Vice President of Human Resources at Harry Hynes Memorial Hospice. Prior to this, they worked as a Human Resource Business Partner at Salina Regional Health Center for 3 years, providing strategic and tactical HR support to business units. Before that, they worked at Mize Houser & Company P.A. as a Human Resources professional, supporting over 200 associates and offices in Kansas. Felicia also served as a Human Resource Business Partner at Hutchinson Clinic, where they worked with a team of physicians and healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive medical and surgical care.

Felicia Batiste, PHR, has a Master's degree in Healthcare Leadership from Friends University, which they completed in 2020. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from the same institution, completing it between 2011 and 2012. In addition to their degrees, Felicia has also obtained certifications, including a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from SSD Global Solutions in October 2022, and a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI) in August 2018.
