Ricky's responsibilities at Sears included developing annual sales and profitability plans, managing P&L for categories, and collaborating with senior leadership to achieve significant sales growth and margin improvement. Ricky holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Business from the University of Toronto and is a member of the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada.
