Previously, Hill held significant roles at Starcom as 业务总监, leading brand strategy and full funnel planning for clients such as Disney Resort and Swarovski, and at PHD as Business Director, overseeing the China ONE project for HSBC. Additional experience includes positions at 传立媒体 as Associate Director managing key accounts like Louis Vuitton, at Optimedia | Blue 449 as Planner for BASF’s corporate image campaign, and at Carat managing integrated media planning for Pernod Ricard. Hill began a career in advertising with GroupM-Mindshare, working with clients such as MSD and HITACHI. Hill Lu earned a Bachelor's degree in Management from East China University of Science and Technology.
