Christina Marrone

Christina Marrone serves as the Senior Director and Head of R&D at Harry's, Inc. since April 2017, previously holding various positions including Director and Senior Manager of Product Development Program Management. Prior to this, Christina spent nearly six years at Elizabeth Arden, advancing from Scientist to Manager in Skincare Product Development, contributing significantly to cross-functional teams in formula development. Earlier experience includes a role as a Chemist at Estee Lauder, where Christina worked on hair and skin care innovations, and as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at Lehigh University, focusing on catalytic activity studies. Christina earned a BS in Chemistry from Lehigh University in 2010.
