Jessica Feldman

Jessica Feldman is the Senior Director of People Operations at Harry's. Jessica has been with Harry's since January 2019, and in their current role, they oversee all aspects of the company's human resources department. Prior to their current role, Jessica was the Director of People Operations at Harry's, and before that, they were the Senior People Operations Manager. Before joining Harry's, Jessica was the Global Benefits & HR Programs Manager at MediaMath. In that role, they were responsible for the forward thinking methodology and strategic design of global benefit programs for 700+ employees across nine countries. Jessica has a wealth of experience in human resources and is a valuable asset to the team at Harry's.

Jessica Feldman has a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Emory University, and they are certified by the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans (IFEBP) in the Certificate of Achievement in Global Benefits Management.
