Justin Brown

Justin Brown is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and customer experience management. Currently serving as Senior Director at Harry's, Inc. since January 2022 and Vice President of Customer Experience at Lume Deodorant since August 2021, Justin has also held various interim roles and consulting positions from April 2021 to August 2021. Prior to these roles, Justin spent nearly six years at Zappos Family of Companies, where responsibilities included Senior Director of Operations, Director of Supply Chain, and Senior Manager of Supply Chain Services. Justin's career began at Amazon as a NAFC Technical Program Manager from October 2012 to November 2013. Justin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from McKendree University, earned in December 2011.
