Sean Carter

Sean Carter began their career in 2012 as a Carpenter/Administrative Assistant at RC Soto Enterprises LLC. Sean then joined G Men Moving & Logistics as an Executive Assistant and Crew Lead, and was later promoted to Assistant Vice President - Crew Management. In 2014, they became a Brand Ambassador for A|X Armani Exchange. In 2020, they joined Hart Davis Hart Wine Co. as an Assistant Vice President - Director of Logistics and Operations, and held a Senior Administrator role. Sean also held the position of Inbound Shipping Manager & Senior Administrator, where they were responsible for inbound domestic and international wine shipments to HDH locations. Theircontributions to the company in 2021 resulted in two of the highest earning wine auctions in the world and the largest auction by number of lots in HDH company history.

Sean Carter has a comprehensive educational background. Sean obtained a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater from 2012 to 2014, followed by a Bachelor of Arts in History from Hawaii Pacific University from 2014 to 2016. Sean then completed a Master of Arts in History from Northeastern Illinois University from 2017 to 2018, and is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in History at Chicago State University, which they began in 2020. Additionally, Sean has obtained a number of certifications, including the WSET Sake Level 1 and Spirits Level 1 from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust in April 2021, the WSET Wine Level 2 from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust in March 2021, the South African Wine Education Course from Wines of South Africa Limited in February 2021, the Champagne MOOC from Comité Champagne in November 2020, and the State of Illinois Notary from the Illinois Secretary of State in July 2020.
