Viktor Partyshev

Principal Systems Engineer at Hart InterCivic

Viktor Partyshev has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Viktor started their career as a Data Network Department Manager at Golden Telecom in 2000 and later became the Data Network Infrastructure Strategic Planning Manager. During their time at Golden Telecom, they were responsible for strategic network planning, equipment casting and placing orders, and developing requirements and specifications for new connections.

In 2003, Viktor became the Small Business Owner of PVA Electronics, where they served as the Director, Project Manager, Software and Hardware Architect, and Senior Embedded Software Developer. Viktor successfully implemented 14 projects from idea to prototype and prepared them for mass production.

Viktor then joined Crane Merchandising Systems in 2008 as a Software Development Team Lead. In this role, they combined engineering and managerial responsibilities, including time and task management, work results, and architectural approaches. Viktor later transitioned to the position of Team Lead Electronics and Platform, where they managed a team of up to 5 members and focused on electronics in embedded systems development for vending machines.

Most recently, Viktor joined Hart InterCivic in 2020 as a Principal System Engineer.

Viktor Partyshev completed their education at the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute' from 1989 to 1995. During this time, they earned a Masters degree in Computer Systems in Experimental Researches.
