Chris Gilbert

Chris Gilbert has extensive experience in the charity and not-for-profit sector, currently serving as Head of Practice and Head of Technology & Services at Hart Square since June 2012. In this role, Chris specializes in assessing business needs and CRM systems for clients to enhance efficiency and integration with central databases. Previously, Chris worked at Arthritis Care from August 2008 to June 2012 as Supporter Services and Membership Development Manager, overseeing fundraising, direct debit management, and CRM system upgrades across several offices. Earlier positions include Gift of Hope Coordinator at the British Heart Foundation and Supporter/Member Services Advisor at the National Trust.
