Joseph Chan Hean Chiek

Joseph brings with him over 20 years of experience in leadership and management of large scale, high-tech multinational manufacturing companies. A Certified Lean Manager (CLM) and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt holder, Joseph has acquired an excellent track record in leading winning teams in driving cost, quality, new business & product ramp up, manufacturing cycle-time and productivity improvements over the course of his career.

Joseph comes to Hartalega from a distinguished career at Infineon Technologies, playing various key roles in the organisation, with the last position being Senior Director of Operations Planning & Controlling of the Malacca plant. A Master of Business Administration (MBA) professional, Joseph graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from University Malaya.

With Joseph’s broad-spectrum of proficiencies encompassing Manufacturing Planning and Management, as well as Lean Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering and Quality Management, we are confident that his experience and leadership skills will build on Hartalega’s Manufacturing division’s past success and help grow the business.
