Martika Finch

Martika Finch has over a decade of work experience in various roles across different industries. Martika currently serves as the Director of Partnerships & Client Service at HARTBEAT, a position they have held since September 2023. Prior to this, Martika worked at Blavity Inc. for six years as a Senior Business Development Manager, where they generated over $30 million in revenue by helping brands connect with and support Black Millennials through various marketing channels. Before that, they worked at Superfly as a Coordinator of Business Development & Partnerships from 2013 to 2017. Martika also has experience in artist management, digital media, editorial, and marketing, having worked at companies such as Esther Creative Group, NPR Music, Columbia Records, Village Voice, Baeblemusic, and Captured Tracks.

Martika Finch earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Media, Culture and Communications from New York University, where they attended from 2008 to 2012.
