Katy O’Malley

Katy O'Malley (Crighton) has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Katy'smost recent position is Senior Director of Human Resources at Harte Hanks, where they are currently employed. Prior to that, they worked at Conduent as a Human Resources Business Partner and later as the Chief of Staff for Global HR. In these roles, they were responsible for leading cross-organizational planning, driving process improvements, and implementing people strategies. Before joining Conduent, Katy worked as the Managing Partner at Crighton Consulting. Katy also held positions at Prudential Financial, where they served as the Director of Future of Work and Manager of the Internal Consulting Group, and at the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), where they worked as a Management and Program Analyst. Through their experience, Katy has developed expertise in change management, program management, and strategic planning.

Katy O'Malley (Crighton) has a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Drury University. Katy also has a Bachelor of Arts - BA degree in Criminology from Drury University. In addition, they hold a Master of Science (MS) degree in Organization Development and Knowledge Management from George Mason University.
