Elina Tompuri

Elina Tompuri has a strong background in communications and reputation management. Elina began their career at Amnesty International Australia as a Campaign Coordinator from 2004 to 2006. Elina then worked at Akavan Erityisalat as an Information Officer, where they focused on external and internal communications and event management. In 2010, Elina joined FinnMedia - The Federation of the Finnish Media Industry as a Communications Officer, where they handled external and internal communications, media relations, and event management. Elina then transitioned to Alko Oy as a Specialist in Planning and Communications from 2013 to 2018. During this time, they gained experience in stakeholder relations and planning. From 2018 to 2022, Elina served as a Communications Manager at SRV, where they led external communications, digital strategies, SEO, content marketing, PR, and media relations. Elina also spearheaded CSR projects. Currently, Elina is the Head of Communications at Hartela, responsible for managing brand reputation, developing communication plans, and driving external engagement.

Elina Tompuri's education history begins in 2003 when they enrolled at the University of South Australia. Elina pursued a Master of International Studies degree specializing in International Relations and completed their studies in 2006.

In 2010, Elina attended the Aalto University School of Economics, where they focused on Digital Marketing for a brief period.

Currently, Elina is pursuing an MBA in Sustainable Growth at Laurea University of Applied Sciences starting from 2021. Elina'sfield of study in this program is Sustainability Studies, reflecting their interest in sustainable development and growth.
