Edward Case

Edward (Ted) Case is a seasoned legal and compliance professional with extensive experience in the healthcare sector. Currently a Partner at Harter Secrest & Emery LLP and an Independent Advisory Member at Essilor of America, Case also serves as Interim Chief Compliance Officer for ScionHealth, overseeing compliance for a network of hospitals. Previous roles include Chief Compliance Officer at Vanderbilt University Medical Center and University of Rochester Medical Center, as well as significant legal positions including Principal Law Clerk at the New York State Court of Claims and Associate Attorney at prominent law firms. Case holds a JD, Cum Laude, from Fordham University School of Law, an EdM in Higher Education Administration from the University at Buffalo, and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Bucknell University.
