Edward Townsend

Edward Townsend is a Partner at Harter Secrest & Emery LLP, where expertise includes advising hospitals and healthcare providers on operational, compliance, and governance matters, particularly in relation to corporate compliance, HIPAA, and fraud and abuse issues.
