Francis Paul Greene

Francis Paul Greene is a Partner at Harter Secrest & Emery LLP, with experience beginning in February 2009. Previously, Francis served as an Attorney at Alston & Bird LLP from September 2004 to January 2009. In addition to legal practice, Francis was an Adjunct Professor at Rochester Institute of Technology during 2018-2019, where curriculum development and instruction for undergraduate and graduate classes on Information Security Policy and Law were undertaken. Academic qualifications include a Juris Doctor from Fordham University School of Law (2004), a Ph.D. in Germanic Languages and Literatures from New York University (2003), a Bachelor of Arts in German from the University of Rochester (1992), a Certificate in Management Studies from the University of Rochester - Simon Business School (1992), and studies in Kulturwissenschaft and Germanistik at Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin (1998) and the University of Cologne (1990).
