Brian later became an Internal Sales Representative, generating over $270 million in investment sales and training new representatives. Brian then moved into the role of Product Specialist, where they supplied information on Hartford products and competitor analysis for the wholesaling force.
Next, Brian served as a Senior Market Research Consultant, responsible for creating content across multiple platforms and managing data from in-house and third-party sources. Brian implemented and managed a content management system during their tenure. Brian then became the Assistant Director of Content Creation, managing a team and establishing a content creation process that involved collaboration with various departments and Wellington Management Company.
Currently, Brian is the Director of Product Marketing at Hartford Funds. Brian manages a team of professionals responsible for creating product-specific content, maintaining content inventory, and coordinating content creation for acquisitions and sub-adviser expansion. Brian has expanded the content creation process to include product launches and developed criteria and guidelines for product naming.
