Don Diehl has a diverse work experience in the field of creative and marketing roles. Don started their career as a Graphic Designer at Harleysville Insurance in 1983 and later became a Senior Graphic Design Consultant. In 2000, they joined PLANCO as a Creative Director and later became an AVP Creative Director. In 2010, they transitioned to The Hartford as a Creative Director and worked there until 2012. Currently, they hold the position of Marketing Assistant Director at Hartford Funds.

Don Diehl's education history begins with their Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, which they obtained from 1979 to 1983.
