Hope Aucoin

Hope Aucoin currently serves as the Assistant Director of Communications and Marketing at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, a position held since March 2018. Prior roles at the university include Marketing and Communications Manager and Communications Strategist. Previously, Hope worked at Gannett Newspapers from November 2014 to March 2018 as Planning Editor for several publications, overseeing content planning for both online and print formats. Earlier experience includes serving as a Content Editor and Curator at Gannett, a Reporter at Wick Communications, and a Reporter-intern at the Scripps Howard Foundation. Hope began a career in journalism at Gannett Newspapers as a Reporter focusing on local government. Hope holds a Master of Science in Communication and a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication/Media Studies, both from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.
