Barry Stein, MD, MBA, FSIR, FACR, RPVI, serves as Vice President and Chief Clinical Innovation Officer at Hartford HealthCare since July 1997, having held various leadership roles, including Chief Medical Informatics Officer and Chief Imaging Informatics Officer. Stein is a Clinical Assistant Professor at The University of Connecticut School of Medicine and has extensive experience in vascular and interventional radiology, previously serving as Vice Chair of Radiology and Chief of Cardiovascular MRI & CT at Hartford Hospital. Stein's education includes a Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery from the University of Stellenbosch, a residency in Radiology and fellowship in Vascular & Interventional Radiology from Harvard Medical School, and an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management.
